Note: 
Triangulation between SOHO LASCO C3 and STEREO A COR2, using later frames only due to observed acceleration when including early frames. The CME shape is very distorted in STEREO A COR2 compared to SOHO LASCO, appearing much wider. Using STEREO A COR2's width, the leading edge still tracks very well between COR2 and C3.
